How much space do I need in my backyard?
It depends on your screen size, not your package. For the 14ft screen, we recommend a flat area at least 18ft x 12ft. For the 20ft screen, plan on a bit more room — around 24ft x 16ft. We'll ask about your space when you book to make sure everything fits comfortably.
Have a screened patio or lanai? The 14ft screen is the safer choice — it fits comfortably in most Central Florida screen enclosures, while the 20ft usually needs open yard space. If you're unsure, measure your area and give us a call before booking.
What happens if it rains?
Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain is forecast for your event, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge, or discuss moving the setup under a covered area like a patio or garage, depending on space. Rescheduling keeps your payment in place — there's no cancellation fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a refund of everything you paid, minus the payment processing fee (roughly 3% of your total). That fee is kept by our payment processor even when a refund is issued, so we're unable to return it. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your start time aren't eligible for a refund, since the date is held for you and the equipment is already committed. If the issue is weather, reschedule instead of cancelling — that's always free.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just a flat outdoor space and access to a standard power outlet within about 100ft. Everything else — screen, projector, stand, and speaker — is included. With Basic, you set it up yourself; with Full-Service, our crew handles setup for you.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend and holiday dates, which fill up quickly. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Saint Cloud, FL and serve private backyards and outdoor spaces throughout Central Florida, including the greater Orlando/Osceola County area. Contact us to confirm we cover your location.
Can I pick any movie I want?
Yes — you provide the movie via a streaming service login or downloaded file, and we handle the projection and sound. We're happy to offer suggestions if you need them.
What's the difference between Basic and Full-Service?
Just who handles setup. Both packages include the same gear and let you pick either the 14ft or 20ft screen. With Basic, you pick up or we drop off, and you set everything up yourself in about 15 minutes. With Full-Service, our crew delivers, installs, tests, and returns after your event for teardown.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made securely online at the time of booking, which reserves your date. You'll see the exact total for your package and screen size before you confirm — the price shown is the price you pay, with no weekend or holiday surcharges.
